'Fighting Words' Workshop
Senior Room pupils enjoyed a creative writing workshop ahead of World Book Day.
'National Pyjama Day'
National Pyjama Day is a unique occasion that celebrates ‘Children helping children and having fun’. Pupils and staff in Killawala school took part in this fundraiser and all donations raised went to the charities 'Laura Lynn' and 'Eco-Emotions'.
FAI 5-a-side
Pupils from 4th, 5th and 6th classes took part in FAI 5-a-side at Westport United pitch on Tuesday 3rd March.
Confirmation Retreat
5th and 6th class pupils attended a retreat in Ballintubber Abbey in preparation for their Confirmation.
Christmas Concert
The children of Killawalla School took part in their annual Christmas performance. The Junior room performed the play 'Mary's Knitting' and the senior room performed 'Straw and Order'.
Drumming Performance
The children completed a 6 week drumming workshop with Anthony and put on a performance for parents and families.
Magic Show
Fred the Magician put on a spectacular show for all of the children.
